Processing Time:

  • All orders are freshly baked upon confirmation to ensure the highest quality.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Shipping Options:

  • We currently offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once your order is dispatched.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and will deliver within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Areas:

  • At this time, we are unable to deliver  outside of New York State, P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

Special Handling:

  • We take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Orders are shipped with cold packs to maintain freshness, especially for delicate frostings and fillings.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your cake’s journey.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping delays or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@purelysinfuldelights.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Note:

  • We recommend being available to receive your order upon delivery, as we cannot guarantee the condition of cakes left unattended.
