All our products made by us are subjected to the following

 

Ingredients

All Desserts may contain or come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. Purely Sinful Delights will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our desserts

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 7days from the date of issue

Custom Orders

We prefer at least ten (10)days notice for all orders as we are continually booked in advance. We will however endeavor where availability permits, to accept short notice orders. Any product ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by another cake maker can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of that product and will not be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo

Deposits 

For custom orders 10 days or more before pickup date. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your date. Balance is due 4 days before pickup to avoid cancellation. Orders placed less than 10 days require payment in full.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CONFIRMED WITH PAYMENT

Pickup

The customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishaps that may occur one the item is released from the care and custody of Purely Sinful Delights. We are not liable for any damages that may occur thereafter 

Delivery

We offer delivery to certain destinations. Delivery is charged at our discretion. Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands have been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the desserts as per our instructions. We are not liable once the item has been delivered. A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties and if the customer is not at the location at the time and date agreed, and we are not able to contact the customer,the product will be transported back to our premises. It will be the customers responsibility to collect the product

Shipping

ALL ORDERS placed Thursday through Sunday by 12pm EST will ship Wednesday. This allows me to prep, bake, and ship your items as fresh as possible. All orders are shipped via USPS on 2-3 day priority shipping.

Cancellation/Refunds

 If cancellation of an order is required, and you have paid your full balance, the refund policy is as follows: Up to 7days in advance of your due date you will receive a full refund Less than 7days prior to your due date you will receive a refund, less your initial deposit and the cost of any supplies already purchased for your order. Refunds will be paid within 15 days of cancellation This is for custom items only!

At Purely Sinful Delights, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order treats with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will assess the situation and determine the best possible resolution at our discretion.
